RECEPTIONIST / REGISTRATION:
Immediate opening for full-time (38 hours per week) receptionist at the Registration Desk. Schedule includes weekly rotation Monday through Friday, (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.) and Saturday rotation (8:30 a.m. -12:00 p.m.)
Applicant must have excellent customer service, communication and computer skills; be detailed oriented and able to handle multiple tasks. Phone experience and medical background are helpful.
Physician Practice Opportunities
MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIST / MEDICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN:
Immediate opening for full-time (36-40 hours / week) MT / MLT in Laboratory Department. Must possess MT or MLT degree and be ASCP or NCA certification eligible. Candidate must be familiar with a medical laboratory environment.
Duties include, but not limited to, blood collection and processing; testing of samples using automated and manual methods; microscopic examination of specimens; instrument maintenance and trouble shooting. Technologist / Technician will work in microbiology, chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, serology, and limited blood banking.
Immediate opening for a part-time Ancillary Assistant at the Vermillion Medical Clinic. Individual will work (1-3) ConvenientCare Shifts (5 p.m. – 9 p.m.) per week. Will collect and process a variety of lab specimens, and take limited diagnostic radiographs including chest, extremities and spine.
Individual must have computer skills/experience; excellent communication skills; pleasant personality; possess a positive attitude and be a “team” player.
Immediate opening for part-time RN in Home Care department. Must possess active South Dakota nursing license with experience in medical/surgical area. Must have CPR certification.
On-call schedule includes week day (5 p.m.-8 a.m.) and every 5th weekend (5 p.m. Friday through 8 a.m. Monday). Potential to cover weekly visits as needed. Individual must have good organizational skills; be a self starter and be able to work independently.
