Q. What health information am I able to see in the patient portal?

  • Patient Plans
  • Lab results
  • Upcoming appointments
  • Medication List
  • Allergies
  • Immunizations
  • History
  • Vitals

Q. Can I request full copy of my clinic note?

A. Yes, you can. Just send us a message on what clinic note you would like and we will reply to your message with the attached copy of your full clinic note

Q. Can I see radiology reports?

  • Radiology reports will not show up in your patient portal. However, you are able to request a copy of the reports through the Patient Portal.
  • To request a copy of your report just send us a message on what reports you would like and we will then reply back to you with the attached copy of the report you have requested
  • We will not send a copy of any report until the doctor signs off on them

Q. Do I need to sign an authorization when requesting additional reports?

A. No, by sending us a message through the Patient Portal it will act like an authorization so you will not have to sign an authorization before we can send you the report.

Q. When I am able to see my lab results?

A. You will be able to see your lab results on your Patient Portal once the doctor signs off them.

Q. Why when I logged into my patient portal do I see flags on my lab results?

  • The reason there are flags is because some of your lab results are out of range of the normal test reading.
  • To see the lab ranges just go to my health record and click on lab tests link and it will bring up all your lab results and the ranges of what your lab results should be.
  • If your lab results are just a little out of range it will still flag them on your Patient portal. If your doctor as not contacted you on those don’t be alarmed. If you are still concern with the results you can either message your doctor through the Patient Portal or can call the phone nurse in your doctor’s area

Q. What if there is some health information missing or I want change in my Patient Portal?

A. If you need to add something or need something change, you will need to send us a message through the Patient Portal on what you need added or changed and what doctor you would like us to send it to. Once we receive your message we will then send it on to your doctor for review
