ConvenientCare offers care for ailments such as:

ConvenientCare is staffed with mid-level providers, such as physician assistants and certified nurse practitioners. Our mid-level providers offer excellent care and help us meet the needs of our patients.

ConvenientCare should not take the place of establishing a relationship with a primary care physician who provides continuity of care through healthcare screenings, complex diseases, immunizations, general physicals and renewal of medication prescriptions.

A patient’s provider documents all patient records from ConvenientCare in our electronic health system for convenient, easy access. You also have access to your records through the patient portal(opens in new tab).
