Yankton, SD —School is in session which means runny noses, coughs, sore throats, and other common illnesses will be more prevalent in our community. If you or your child, or another loved one, is not feeling the best, it is best practice to not wait to seek medical care. Yankton Medical Clinic reminds the Yankton community that there are many choices at the clinic for medical appointments. For instance, if you wake up sick, Yankton Medical Clinic primary care does offer same-day acute care appointments. You can schedule same-day acute care appointments online on our self-scheduling page: www.yanktonmedicalclinic.com/scheduling/ or by calling the clinic at 605-665-7841.
If your child comes home from practice sick, our ConvenientCare is open 5-8pm Monday-Friday and accepts walk-ins or appointments. In addition to being able to receive medical care, our pharmacy is also open until 8pm Monday-Friday to meet the needs of our patients.
What about weekends? Our Physicians recognize that sickness does not occur just during the week. The Saturday morning clinic runs from 9am-12pm and includes a Pediatric and Family Medicine Physician.
