Business and Financial Services Representative

Patient Accounts/Business Office

Immediate opening for full-time (40 hours per week) position for a combination of both Business Office and Patient Accounts departments. The schedule includes Monday-Friday alternating 8a.m.-5p.m. and 8:30a.m.-5:30p.m. and every third Saturday morning from 8:30a.m.-12p.m.

Combined department position will assist posting payments to accounts, interpreting patient billing, insurance benefits and Medicaid claims as well as covering cashier, switchboard and patient accounts positions. Medical terminology experience is helpful.

Immediate opening for full-time (40 hours per week) float receptionist. The schedule includes weekly rotation Monday through Friday. The applicant will be trained as a Saturday morning receptionist and back up for ConvenientCare clinic.

Sterile Processing Tech

Ambulatory Surgical Center

Immediate opening for full-time (32-40 hours per week) Sterile Processing Technician in the Same Day Surgery Center (ASC).  Schedule will include Monday through Friday. Prior experience in central processing or healthcare environment preferred. No prior experience necessary, willing to train the right candidate. If not certified upon hire, will have one year to complete Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) and Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER) exams.

Immediate opening for full-time certified pharmacy technician.  Schedule is 32-38 hours per week and includes every fourth weekend and one to two nights per week during ConvenientCare Clinic.  Training and certification is an option for interested candidates.    Experience is preferred, but not required.

Duties include acting as liaison between Pharmacist and patient; assisting both customers and assisting Pharmacist in filling prescriptions, ordering drugs/product, and marking and putting up orders.  Must be able to function in fast paced work environment and be a “team” player.
