Business Office Float
Business Office
Immediate opening for full-time business office float. Position includes working with Medicaid claims and covering the cashier and switchboard positions. Schedule includes Monday-Friday with rotating hours between 7:50am-5:30pm.

Revenue Cycle Coordinator
Business Office
Immediate opening for full-time (40 hours per week) revenue cycle coordinator in the business office. Schedule includes Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Certification in coding with a minimum of 3 years coding experience required. Revenue cycle experience preferred.
Will work closely with staff to identify billing trends and offer suggestions for workflow improvements as well as assist in training on various revenue programs. Position will assist in conducting regular charge reviews for potential documentation and billing discrepancies and provide education to providers and staff. Will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing reimbursement on various procedure codes. Will be responsible for preparing reports and providing necessary research to support revenue cycle improvements.
Must possess strong communication skills as applicant will work closely with supervisors and attend meetings as needed to provide education to staff and providers. Must be able to handle heavy phone usage while maintaining a professional work ethic as will assist with follow up to insurance payers on unanswered appeals or incorrect acknowledgements from insurance payers.

Professional Positions
ConvenientCare Managing Provider
Immediate opening for full-time physician assistant or nurse practitioner at Yankton Medical Clinic, P.C. to act as both provider and oversight of ConvenientCare staff and operations. Must possess current South Dakota license, and be CPR, ACLS and NCCPA certified. One to three years of experience is desired.
Duties include care of all ages in an urgent care setting and completion of all required charting and documentation in addition to overseeing, scheduling and management of ConvenientCare provider staff. The schedule includes both weeknight and weekend shifts.
