Revenue Cycle Coordinator

Immediate opening for full-time (40 hours per week) revenue cycle coordinator in the business office. Schedule includes Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Certification in coding with a minimum of 3 years coding experience required. Revenue cycle experience preferred.

Will work closely with staff to identify billing trends and offer suggestions for workflow improvements as well as assist in training on various revenue programs. Position will assist in conducting regular charge reviews for potential documentation and billing discrepancies and provide education to providers and staff. Will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing reimbursement on various procedure codes. Will be responsible for preparing reports and providing necessary research to support revenue cycle improvements.

Must possess strong communication skills as applicant will work closely with supervisors and attend meetings as needed to provide education to staff and providers. Immediate opening for a clinic manager for our  Norfolk, Nebraska location.  Full-time position Monday through Friday. Will coordinate and evaluate day-to-day operations within the clinic. Will supervise Ear, Nose & Throat, Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging branches.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health or business administration preferred. Two years previous management experience preferred. Must have effective written, communication and verbal skills, and be able to work effectively with staff, patients, public and external agencies.
