Yankton, SD — Yankton Medical Clinic is pleased to announce the launch of its new Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program. This entry-level clinical support role is designed to provide individuals with hands-on experience through structured on-the-job training combined with independent online coursework.

The apprenticeship offers a full-time schedule of five days per week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday and ConvenientCare hours. A high school diploma is required, and previous medical experience is preferred.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks, adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, and work efficiently. Additional desired qualifications include strong communication and computer skills, schedule flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
