YANKTON, S.D.—November 6, 2025 —Yankton Medical Clinic is excited to announce the addition of Ophthalmology and Optometry to its comprehensive list of specialty services. Two of the region’s most trusted eye care professionals — Dr. Trevor Kindle, Ophthalmologist, and Dr. Luke Rockne, Optometrist — have joined the multi-specialty team and will begin seeing patients around the first of January.
Together, Dr. Kindle and Dr. Rockne bring a full spectrum of vision care to the Yankton community, including routine eye exams and glasses or contact lens prescriptions; diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases; advanced medical and surgical eye care such as treating glaucoma and cataracts.
With these services, patients can now receive complete vision care at Yankton Medical Clinic, without the need to travel to larger cities. More information regarding patient scheduling with Yankton Medical Clinic will be forthcoming.
