Yankton Medical Clinic, P.C. is pleased to announce that oncologist/hematologist, Dr. Mary Lee Villanueva has been recertified as a diplomat of the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Villanueva earned diplomat status by passing the American Board of Internal Medicine’s stringent recertification examination, a test of the physician’s abilities in the field of adult medicine. She is also Board Certified in internal medicine and is an assistant professor at the University of South Dakota Sanford School of Medicine, Vermillion, South Dakota.

Villanueva has been in practice at Yankton Medical Clinic, P.C. since 2007. She also has an outreach clinic at Avera St. Anthony’s Hospital Specialty Clinic in O’Neill, Nebraska.
