Yankton Medical Clinic, P.C. is proud to support organizations in the communities we serve that align with our mission.  Groups and organizations are encouraged to submit an application for consideration of a donation.

Donation requests are due September 30 for consideration for the following year.  All requests are reviewed and awarded at once.  If your group is planning an event any time in 2022 and are thinking of asking for a donation, complete and return the request form by September 30.
